Remarks were made by James Close, Director of Climate Change at the World Bank; Mina Setra of Indonesia's DGM National Steering Committee; Artur Lacerda, FIP Focal Point for Brazil; Kristen Walker, Senior Vice President of the Policy Center at Conservation International; and Benoit Bosque, Practice Manager, GP Environment and Natural Resources.
